Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. A shipping cost estimator button is also available. All shipping costs are calculated directly from the EMS,UPS or USPS websites.All international shipments are shipped via EMS express mainly in retailing.Accurate address information is required to receive accurate shipping quotes. Sometimes international shipping estimates may not be accurate. If you feel the shipping cost has been incorrectly calculated, please call our office an we will verify the quote. Returns
All returns must be authorized by us in advance.If the return of an item of new gear is authorized, you will received a credit once we receive the returned item and verify that it is complete, unused, and undamaged.The credit will be the amount you paid for the item (not including shipping or sales taxes) minus a restocking fee of 15%. You will have to pay all shipping and insurance charges associated with returning the item. Credits will not be issued for returned items that are incomplete, used, or damaged. All returned items must be returned with the original packing materials and documentation.
Exchange
If you received the item damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we will arrange the replacement for you. If customer do not report any discrepancies on package within 24 hours time frame, we will not replace any missing parts or accessories.Damaged package can only be exchanged for the same product. Customer cannot use it as an excuse to return a product. If customer returns the product because it is damaged during transit, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
